Due to the fact each item is made to order specifically to our customer's desires, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
*However if you are dissatisfied in any way please send us a message. We want to make it right and have been known to make exceptions.
PRODUCTION TIME
6 WEEKS within the USA
8 WEEKS International
Our veils and most accessories are made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production and shipment. (unless marked differently) (pssstt... you just might get it faster!)
RUSH My Order
Need it faster than the above standard production time? Don't worry, babes, we've got you covered. We have a RUSH option just for you procrastinating beauties!
Simply select Rush Shipping upon checkout.
Change My Order
New orders are usually processed and cut on Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's. Sometimes you darlings want to make changes after you've placed your order. Fees may apply if we have to scrap material. We'll work it out in a message. No biggie.
Shipping Method
- Most items ship with USPS First Class Mail (+ tracking)
- Some RUSHES ship with USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail (+ tracking)
- Swatches ship with USPS First Class Mail in a letter envelope (no tracking)
- International items are shipped mostly USPS First Class Mail (+ tracking) or USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail (+ tracking)
LOST PACKAGES
Any lost packages or shipping issues will be worked out through email... and a HUGE "Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry! Let's see if we have time to make you another!"

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Due to the fact that Customs can hold packages, we unfortunately cannot guarantee our shipment timeframe. We've only had international items deliver past the anticipated arrival or go missing a few times in 9 years. This breaks our hearts in the rare instances but as we aim to be transparent with our brides we must note the slight risk when it comes to last minute international orders.
* Tracking on international orders are a bit unreliable once it's left the USA. Your tracking may say the item is in one place when it's actually waiting on your door step. Keep calm and Rose' on!
**Delays due to customs are out of our control. (but we're happy to sympathize with you)
